Eligibility & Rules
- The contest is open to, age 18 years or older at the time of entry. all registered Pathpoint producers Employees and immediate family members of Pathpoint are not eligible to participate. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Only licensed insurance agents who are in good standing and have a valid agency agreement with the company are eligible to participate Participants are required to report any taxable income over $600 per calendar year The winner is responsible for any additional expenses not explicitly stated as part of the prize. Pathpoint will award agents $25 for each single renewal binder, and every three new business binders between August 5th, 2024 12:00am through September 20th, 2024 11:59pm. The max any one agent can win is $600. The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant for not adhering to contest rules or engaging in unethical behavior.
- Liability: All participants and the contest itself must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including state insurance laws and anti-rebating laws. The contest may be void in states or jurisdictions where prohibited by law. The company is not responsible for any issues beyond its control, such as technical failures or delays.
- Publicity: By participating in this incentive participants give Pathpoint the right to use their names, photographs, and submitted content for promotional purposes.
