Rules, Terms, and Conditions

1. Accounts must be bound via Pathpoint.com between November 3rd, 2024 through December 31st, 2024 at 11:59PM with a policy effective date no later than January 8th, 2025. Payout will be treated as commission.
2. The incentive is open to, age 18 years or older at the time of entry, all registered Pathpoint producers. Employees and immediate family members of Pathpoint are not eligible to participate. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Only licensed insurance agents who are in good standing and have a valid agency agreement with the company are eligible to participate. Participants are required to report any taxable income over $600 per calendar year. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses not explicitly stated as part of the prize.
3. Liability: All participants and the contest itself must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including state insurance laws and anti-rebating laws. The contest may be void in states or jurisdictions were prohibited by law. The company is not responsible for any issues beyond its control, such as technical failures or delays.
4. Publicity: By participating in this incentive participants give Pathpoint the right to use their names, photographs, and submitted content for promotional purposes.
5. Disqualification: Pathpoint reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to violate the contest rules or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Privacy: Except as stated in 3., above, participant information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting the winner.
7. Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of the, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington, D.C. District of Columbia
