How to Win
The agent who binds the most accounts within the contest timeframe (February 15th - May 15, 2024) will win their chosen $10k Grand Prize Getaway Package.
A second-place prize of a $1k staycation prize package will be awarded to the agent who binds the second most.
To be win either prize, agents must be registered with Pathpoint and submit consistently or monthly.
The winners will be contacted by phone and email.

The Fine Print
By entering this contest, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules and conditions:
Eligibility & Rules
The contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees and immediate family members of Pathpoint are not eligible to participate.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winner is responsible for any additional expenses not explicitly stated as part of the prize. Pathpoint will provide one grand prize winner with a travel package estimated at $10,000 including airfare and hotel accommodations.
Liability
Pathpoint and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors are not liable for any sickness, injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the vacation.
Pathpoint is not responsible for any cancelled vacations, changes in travel plans, or any other exposures that may affect the prize.
Selection of Winner
The grand prize winner will be selected from a pool of submissions between February 15th and May 15th. To be eligible, the agent must submit/bind business monthly during the contest by the contest deadline of May 15, 2024. The agent with the second highest binds will be awarded a $1,000 staycation prize package,
The winner will be notified via email and phone within 20 days after the contest ends.
If the winner does not respond within 10 days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.
Publicity
By entering the contest, participants give Pathpoint the right to use their names, photographs, and submitted content for promotional purposes.
Disqualification
Pathpoint reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to violate the contest rules or engage in fraudulent activity.
Privacy
Participant information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting the winner.
Governing Law
The contest is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington, D.C.
